We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) will begin processing the same business day.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

Handling Time

Once your order is placed, our team carefully packs and prepares it for shipment.

• Handling Time: 1–2 business days.

• Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday.

Transit Time

After your order has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location.

• Transit Time (All Destinations): 3–8 business days.

• We ship Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Your total delivery time is the sum of handling time and transit time.

• Estimated Delivery: 4–10 business days from the date of your order.
  This estimate may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your package’s journey until it reaches your door.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all destinations listed at checkout. If your location is not available at checkout, unfortunately, we are unable to ship there at this time.
